The practical skills that open doors in investment and project finance, financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring, are rarely taught in a classroom. Most people only pick them up if they happen to land somewhere that teaches them, and access shouldn't come down to that. So we teach those skills directly, and we build something around the learning that keeps going long after a course ends: a community of investment professionals who keep learning from each other, sharing ideas, and staying in each other's corner.
Arriba started in 2024 with a simple belief: Africa's transformation will be funded by people who understand how to build, structure and finance great projects.
After years of working on real transactions across banks, funds, consultancies and development finance institutions, we saw the same challenge — talented professionals with potential, but limited access to practical, job-ready skills.
