Expertise in private equity, project development, transaction advisory and structuring, primarily focusing on Energy and Infrastructure.
Master in Finance at the London Business School and Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from JKUAT.
Experience at PIDG, Cygnum Capital, Deloitte, EY and NCBA focusing on infrastructure and capital projects.

Hawa Bonaya

10+ years of experience
Expertise in private debt transaction advisory and structuring, primarily focusing on Energy and Infrastructure.
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Development Finance from UCT and Bachelor of Economics and Statistics from KU.
Experience at PIDG, Cygnum Capital, FinerGreen, Safaricom and PwC focusing on infrastructure and capital projects.

Germano Kiruthu

10+ years of experience
Expertise in transaction advisory and structuring, primarily focusing on Energy and Infrastructure.
Master of Business Administration at USIU and Bsc Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UoN.
Experience at PIDG, IFC, PwC and EY focusing on infrastructure and capital projects.
